Added by PHD in TXI have been a loyal Winchester/Ruger man always. I bought a 513 a month ago and put a basic 3x9 22 scope on it, I sighted in at 25 yds off a home-made bench. I bought it to have a 22 that felt more like my deer rifle, but didn't cost $500+. I have always been a pretty fair shot, don't wear glasses at 59, but have lost a little long distance vision. Still, I shot a 5/8 group at 60 yds and a 3/4 at 100. When I go to the prairie dog town in my pickup, any dog within 125 yds is in serious trouble if I get a good rest and take my time. After shooting auto 22's for 40 years, I can now tell that I developed some careless habits. The action is smooth as silk, compared to other 22 bolts I have tried. This is a great shooting gun, and not just "for the money". For any amount of money. Congratulations for good design, workmanship, quality and price control. I love shooting this rifle. It won't be my last CZ. PHD
